A free cooking class offering instruction on Korean(ish) home cooking. Join Kristie Rudolph for an hour and half exploring cooking Korean food from a Korean-American perspective! We’ll be cooking mandu (Korean dumplings)!

Mandu Ingredients

  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2” knob ginger
  • 1/2 cup kimchee
  • 1/2 lb garlic chives (buchu, can be found at H Mart or 2 stalks of green onion could be substituted)
  • 1/2 block of firm tofu
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 pkg. dumpling skins (round shape)

Vegetarian Option

Mushrooms can be substituted for meat and 1 block of tofu v. 1/2 block.
